London’s Euston station will be developed into a shelter for the homeless on Christmas Day.
The station concourse will be filled with tables and designs set for a complete joyful supper on 25 December.
Rail employees and charity personnel will serve food to 200 rough sleepers welcomed to the occasion.
About 30 volunteers from Network Rail will work along with charity St Mungo’s and Streets Kitchen to offer “some joyful cheer”.
