Washington (CNN)Marci Whitaker, the spouse of acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, sent out an e-mail to a press reporter pressing back on a short article and stated the unique counsel examination was by all accounts “concluding.”
Whitaker sent out the e-mail to Slate author Mark Joseph Stern, who released it
after stating the outlet’s innovation director “verified that the e-mail stemmed from mail servers run by her business.”
On the unique counsel probe, Whitaker composed, “It isn’t truly or should not be that questionable to state that the Mueller examination must remain within the specifications offered. When that is stated more than a year prior as the examination is simply starting, especially. Why would an individual requirement to recuse oneself for that moderate declaration?

due to Whitaker’s previous criticism of the Mueller probe and legal concerns
about his own past.
CNN reported just recently
that Mueller had actually started composing parts of the report setting out the examination’s findings.
