“ You understand how MSM reporters could prevent needing to invest millions on a #superbowl industrial to acquire some underserved trustworthiness? ” Trump Jr. tweeted. “ How about report the news and not their leftist BS for a modification.”
The paper ’ s advertisement, which ran 60 seconds, was told by star Tom Hanks , who co-starred in the 2017 movie “ The Post. ” The advertisement showcased the significance of journalism and the Jeff Bezos-owned publication’s motto, “Democracy passes away in darkness.”
Fredrick Kunkle, a Post personnel author and co-chair of its union, echoed Trump Jr.’ s criticism of the advertisement, which he called an “ irritating cost.”
Kunkle knocked the Post for apparently not offering medical insurance to its part-time workers, laying individuals off, and cutting their severance and yet having the funds to run a costly advertisement throughout the Super Bowl.
